Our Center leads are champions for diversity and inclusion, recognized for their work, passion and compassion for creating inclusive spaces. Our experts have academic, corporate and lived experiences that they integrate into the work they do.

We don’t teach theory – we get to the root of the challenges, and help you mitigate them while support strategies to allow individuals and businesses to thrive. While change is the only constant, change is also challenging for many people particularly when individuals have to address biases that have been ingrained through socialization. However, recognizing bias and learning how to mitigate it is one of the best ways to move towards inclusion.
